1. How can I join AIZIYO’s wholesale program?

Please send an email to hennemorse1640ho87@gmail.com with your preferred product list and include your country of purchase in the email subject line.

AIZIYO will then offer you exclusive wholesale pricing once your request is approved.

2. Are there restrictions on where I can sell AIZIYO products?

Yes. AIZIYO prohibits third-party retail of its products on Amazon, as AIZIYO already has official stores there.

However, you may sell globally via your own website, local store, or other online marketplaces (excluding Amazon's).

3. Where will the wholesale orders be shipped from, and how long will it take?

Orders for the US, UK, German, other European markets are usually shipped from local warehouses and can be delivered within 3 days.

Orders for other regions will be shipped from China, which may take additional time.
Please note that AIZIYO does not cover shipping fees. Shipping costs vary by product, quantity, and destination.

4. What information should I include when contacting AIZIYO?

You should include: The product list (the items you wish to purchase).
The country/region to be shipped to.
Any additional details such as estimated order volume, frequency, or sales channel.|

The wholesaler is responsible for all shipping fees.
Costs depend on product type, order size, and destination.
Shipping is faster for local warehouse orders (e.g. in the US/EU), and longer for shipments from China.

8. How long does it take to receive a response from AIZIYO?

There is no specific timeframe. Providing complete details (product list, country, business info) will help AIZIYO respond faster.
If you don’t receive a reply within a few business days, follow up via email.

9. Can I sell AIZIYO products on Amazon?

No. Third-party sales on Amazon are strictly prohibited, since AIZIYO operates its own official Amazon stores.
You should sell through other online or offline channels only.
